I-4 Express provides motorists more options when it comes to their drive through Central Florida. When traveling in the general use lanes motorists will see signs for I-4 Express lanes on the left. Drivers will need to be in the left lane to enter I-4 Express from the general use lanes. When merging back into the general use lanes, drivers will need to be in the right lane of I-4 Express and look for the exit just after the appropriate sign. There are six access points to I-4 Express on westbound I-4 and seven on eastbound I-4. There are also direct connect ramps where motorists can enter I-4 Express directly from local roads.
